The Culinary Workshops

Le Cordon Bleu Paris chefs are about to set up at the Hôtel de la Marine, Place de la Concorde in Paris. To be discovered soon: workshops and demonstrations of cooking, pastry and oenology.

The Hôtel de la Marine, an emblematic monument of Paris and a jewel of French heritage, designed by King Louis XV's first architect, is the twin building of the Parisian palace, the Hôtel de Crillon, located between the Champs-Elysées and the Tuileries Gardens. Just restored, the premises have been returned to their former splendour to allow visitors to admire this architectural marvel, which until 2015 was the headquarters of the Ministry of the Navy.

"Our ambition is to offer a variety of experiences to a large French and international public through numerous workshops and activities based on the heritage of French gastronomy, overseas and world cuisine, led by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs assisted by students from around the world."
Eric Briffard, Meilleur Ouvrier France, Director of Culinary Arts and Chef d'Etablissement of Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Le Cordon Bleu Paris has created a variety of gastronomic events for individuals and groups. Customized private courses are also available.
