In this workshop, participants will get to learn how to pipe buttercream flowers starting from piping bud to bloom & arranging flower on cake, match and mix colors & gel colors to match with a concept, and how to cover a cake with buttercream taught by Chef Beam - Pawinwat Choksetapawin, the first winner of Top Chef Dessert Thailand and Diplôme de Pâtisserie Alumni. The participants will get back home with their own decorated cupcakes and also a set of piping nozzles.
