Atelier A: Roasted lamb filet, fresh herb crémeux, aioli, green asparagus (KRW 180,000)
Atelier B: Grilled king prawn, refreshing tabloule salad of cracked wheat-mint-parsley, freshly baked thyme-sesame bread (KRW 180,000)
Atelier C: Various of small protions _ 4 menu (KRW 120,000)
- Chilled goatmilk yoghurt and cucumber soup, walnut and dill
- Cured salmon, red beets, honey, pear brandy
- Broiled filets of seabass, emulsified butter with shallots and white wine, pink peppercorns
- Grilled chicken on a stick, chervil, almond, capers and olive oil dressing, roasted peppers
Atelier D: Fresh tuna tartar, lime-extra virgin-olive oil dressing, smoked eggplant salad, pomegranate (KRW 220,000)
