This exclusive masterclass takes you on an in-depth journey into the heart of Champagne through one of its most iconic grape varieties: Chardonnay. In the company of Mr Bazetoux, Head of Vineyard & Wine Development at Henriot Champagne house, gain an expert insight into the elegance and diverse character of this legendary grape variety.
As summer approaches, this masterclass highlights the freshness, precision and finesse of Chardonnay through a tasting of four emblematic cuvées from the Henriot Champagne house. Participants will discover the iconic Blanc de Blancs, two vintages from the Cuvées Inattendues collection, as well as Cuve 38, a true signature of the house’s style and expertise.
An opportunity for sharing and discovery, this guided tasting session offers a chance to explore the different facets of Chardonnay, whilst gaining a deeper understanding of the choice of terroirs, winemaking techniques and the vision that shape the identity of the Henriot Champagne house.
To round off the experience, a presentation of the Coravin system will showcase new ways of serving and storing wine, combining tradition with innovation.
