This 2-day pastry workshop is to discover the vintage 70’s and 80’s French pastry. You will have a chance to learn the basis of French classic pastry and how to create many different items and play with various flavours.
On this workshop, the professional French Pastry Chef will teach you how to make a perfect pastry cream, a light and fluffy choux pastry and pipe eclairs and Paris-Brest. Moreover, you will be able to practice to make a beautiful classic fraisier with mousseline cream, multi-flavour macarons and many more.
