In this workshop, the participants will learn how to cook puff pastry, custard, poached pears and caramel. Moreover, the chef will teach you the technique of making milk from vegetal nuts, and many others interesting skills that go along the recipes.
Join this class to learn and practice to bring back many secrets with you. You will be under the guidance of the Chef instructor and assistants throughout the session.
