              Our new and comprehensive 7-Saturday Boulangerie Workshop is designed to meet the needs of students and professionals to broaden knowledge and ability in the art of bread baking.  For 42 hours conducted over 7 Saturdays this hands-on course allows students to focus on all aspects of making 26 artisan breads and pastry items. 

              Chef Cyril Dubrous, our Bakery Chef Instructor, will present the fundamentals of baking delicious breads and provide direct guidance to students.  The classes focus on knowledge, methods and techniques required for a successful bakery business and career.
