Le Cordon Bleu opens its doors to high school students in Years 11 and 12 interested in culinary arts, hospitality or business management careers to experience a ‘day in the life’ of a student.

The careers residential invites students to stay on campus to explore, through practical and theoretical aspects, a discovery experience designed to take your passion for hospitality, gastronomy and management to the next level.

Hands-on cuisine and patisserie classes
