Wine Discovery

This discovery class is designed for all who wish to build a wine culture base, sharpen their sense of smell & taste and decrypt the “Wine language” to enhance their meal experiences with family, friends or customers. This class will take the form of lecture, followed by a tasting of seven wines (1 sparkling, 2 white, 1 rosé, 2 red and a fortified wine). Finger foods will be served to illustrate and discuss food and wine pairing
