- Deep Fry Prawn with Tamarine Sauce
- Stir Fry Squid with Salted Eggyolk Sauce
- Stir Fry Crab with Curry Powder Sauce
This was my first time learning to make Thai seafood dishes. I experienced new things in this enjoyable class. The 6-hour workshop passed very quickly. Whether or not you have a basic cooking skill, the Chef took a very good care of every student. His teaching method was also easy to understand. I had learned many culinary techniques I never knew before. Joining a class here was impressive, so I will come back to learn at this school again when I have time.
