              “Provence” Regional Dishes


              Regional French cuisine is one of the most popular and tasty styles of the “French” way of cooking.  French cuisine is popular all over the world but it is not always as complicated to cook as it seems.  We will provide you with a guided tour of traditional menus from “Provence” and 2 recipes made from imported Mediterranean fishes; Twist of Pissaladiere and Traditional Provencal Fish Stew.

              Join us, you will find typical French recipes explained by our French Cuisine Chef Instructor and will have your eyes opened to a new style of cooking.
