Le Cordon Bleu Dusit will be offering an advanced pastry workshop which has been designed to bring new and innovative to the pastry industry. Our 2-day or 8 hours workshop provide students with advanced methods of creating “Entremets (cakes)”, Chef Alex Ruffinoni will share how to use French techniques making each layer, producing assembled cake with different components and modern finishing decoration.
The art of making Entremets comprise of
- Dulcey – Hazelnut
- Apricot – Coconut
Participant will enjoy afternoon tea with tasting cake and taking home their beautiful entremets to share with family and friends – along with your Culinary Workshop Certificate!
Language Conducted: English with Thai translation
- Applicants have to be 17 years old or above
- It is NOT advisable for pregnant women to participate in cooking workshops.
- If your first language is not English, it is essential that you CAN communicate effectively in English and you must therefore be able to read handouts, understand demonstrations and take part in classroom instructions.
