Our 4-hour ‘Tarte Citron Meringue’ or ‘Lemon Tart’ workshop is designed for people who enjoy making tarts at home. Participants will learn step by step how to make Linzer Sable which has a crisp and crunchy texture, how to prepare the tart dough and lemon cream, as well as how to make homemade French meringue and the special technique of using an oven to do the finishing.
Participants will enjoy a tasting and take home a box of their beautiful lemon tarts to share with family and friends – along with your Culinary Workshop Certificate!

All of the food created during the session are yours to take home with you.
