Junior Chef Thai Workshop
Is your child a budding junior chef? Have your young chef join us for a day of culinary fun and learning! Learn how to create an entire meal with main and dessert that they can replicate and impress everyone in the family with their culinary skills.On the Agenda:
- Day 1: Deep Fry Prawn Cake with Plum Sauce
- Day 2: Steamed Bun with Egg Custard Filling
- Day 3: Steamed Layer Cup Pudding with Coconut Cream Topping
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef

Included in the price:
- A 7.5-hour practical session all ingredients (not inclusive of a 1 hour lunch break), a recipe folder with notepad, pencil, apron and hat.
- Participants should be at least 8-11 years old at time of application
- No prior knowledge is required for this course and is suitable for all young cooks with. All of the food created during the session are yours to take home with you.
