Thai Cuisine: Into The Rain

Into the rain, Thai set menus unveil a delightful array of flavors through four meticulously crafted dishes. Embark on a hands-on 6-hour session where you can immerse yourself in techniques and savour the exquisite flavors of your favorite dishes.

Thoughout the workshop, the Chef and Chef Assistants will work and guide you closely to ensure that you can understand and create the menus by yourself at home.

On the agenda:
  • Wild Pepper Leaves Served with Traditional Miang Kam Sauce and pomelo with condiments(MIANG-KHAM-SOM-O)
  • Spicy and Sour Soup with River Prawns (TOM-YAM-KUNG-MAE-NAM)
  • Sour and Sweet Seabass Fish Soup (TOM-SOM-PLA-KRAPHONG)
  • Spicy Banana Flower Salad with Chicken in Roasted Chilli Paste Dressing (YAM-HUA-PLI)
