New Cordon Vert® Plant-Based Courses

Le Cordon Bleu London is launching a fantastic series of new Cordon Vert® plant-based cookery courses for 2026. If you are interested in exploring how traditional and modern culinary techniques can be applied to make incredible plant-based dishes, these Cordon Vert® short courses are a must to attend.

Classes will cover a range of topics, including cuisine, pâtisserie and bakery so you can learn how to recreate classic dishes solely using plants. Upcoming plant-based courses include:

Le Cordon Bleu also offers two diplomas focussing on cooking with plants. The Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts: Cuisine and Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts: Pâtisserie teach you to craft excellent dishes solely from plants, providing a creative repertoire of product knowledge, skills and recipes.

Explore a wide range of vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, grains and pulses, gaining expert knowledge on ingredient varieties and innovative culinary uses. Both diplomas have been designed to provide specialised culinary education for vegan, vegetarian and plant-based restaurants and products.
