It's a partnership rooted in a rich heritage of excellence, brought to life through a hands-on, tailored culinary internships at Harrods. In the video above, you can meet some of the Le Cordon Bleu culinary students who have been placed at Harrods as part of their Internship Pathway.
The Le Cordon Bleu London Internship Pathway is an additional programme that can be taken in conjunction with our Grand Diplôme®, Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie and Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management programmes.
This course has been designed to provide experience of working in a professional environment as part of the training. Le Cordon Bleu has a wide range of internship partners, which include 5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, upmarket patisseries and boulangeries, as well as other culinary and wine businesses.
In addition to access to internship placements at some of the most well respected hosptiality businesses in London and beyond, the Internship Pathway provides expert advice from Le Cordon Bleu's Internship team, alongside extra classes during initial studies that help develop a CV, cover letters, applications and interview skills.
