In partnership with Chef Caroline Martins, Le Cordon Bleu London alumna and founder of Restaurant SAMPA, Le Cordon Bleu presents a live cuisine demonstration led by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef – Chef Fabrice Monperrus.

On 6th and 7th March 2026, SAMPA will host two events, each lasting 2 hours and serving as a recruitment opportunity for prospective students interested in studying at Le Cordon Bleu London, offering insight into the school’s French culinary techniques, learning methodology, and professional training standards.

About Chef Caroline Martins -Le Cordon Bleu London Alumna

Originally from Brazil, Caroline Martins trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, completing her Diplôme de Cuisine before working in Michelin-starred kitchens including Kitchen Table at Bubbledogs, Galvin La Chapelle, and Pied à Terre.

She is now the founder of Restaurant SAMPA in Manchester, where her cooking reflects classical training combined with global influences.

About Chef Fabrice Monperrus- Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef

Chef Fabrice Monperrus is a Paris-born chef who grew up in the French Alps and trained in classical French cuisine. His career spans Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury private dining, and prestigious institutions including the House of Lords and the British Museum.

Today, Chef Fabrice is a Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef, dedicated to sharing professional techniques and inspiring the next generation of chefs through education and live demonstrations.
