What is Work Integrated Learning?

Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is an integral part of Le Cordon Bleu Australia study programmes. It is a combination of theoretical and practical learning a student undertakes. The student can take on a range of experience including placements, observation of industry events or research projects. WIL is an integral part of Le Cordon Bleu Australia study programmes:

Excellence in Industry Awards

The Excellence in Industry Award goes to the student who is best exemple of excellence in their practical and academic work during their six-month Work Integrated Learning Industry Placement.

Culinary students: $2,000 scholarship towards either Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme or Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Bachelor students: $3,000 scholarship towards the following Stage of their Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor of Business Degree.
Master students: $5,000 scholarship to use towards their career and professional development upon graduation from Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management degree.

These students will also receive a trophy, a scholarship certificate. A permanent shield is also engraved with their name and displayed on campus.
