Le Cordon Bleu Dusit opened in 2007 and is a joint venture between Le Cordon Bleu and Dusit International – Thailand’s premier hospitality brand. As a result of this alliance, the partners decided to open a 540 hour Professional Thai cuisine program to sit alongside the French culinary programs. In this way, the school is a symbolic expression of French/Thai cooperation where two of the world’s great cuisines are taught side-by-side in one magnificent 5 star facility.
