Yin meets Yang Cake - Valentine's Day

It’s that special time of year again with our themed Valentine’s day cooking class.  This hands-on workshop will demonstrate how to make the perfect balance between these two different styles of “Yin meets Yang” cake.

Participants will practice preparing, making Schuss mix, and Chocolate mousse, as well as other new techniques, while our chef will help arrange some items before you actually start assembling the layer cake.

All participants will enjoy making this Valentine themed cake to take home and share with loved ones.
