Thai Steaming Appetizers

Try your hand at traditional Thai culinary techniques in creating delicate steamed dumplings crafted into unique shapes with various sweet and savory fillings. Come and join us for a Thai traditional snack workshop 'Thai Steamed Bird Shaped Dumpling with Chicken' and 'Steamed Purple Flower Dumpling with Sweet Winter Melon and Peanut which are not an easy to find in Thailand nowadays.

The workshop will provide you recipes, tips, techniques and cooking secrets from our Thai Cuisine Chef Instructors. The recipes have been adapted for amateur and contemporary cooks to enjoy cooking at home. The workshop includes both a cooking demonstration and hands-on activities.
