At the Cordon Bleu Dusit, We will show you the iconic Sea salt Caramel religieuse and Coconut and rum raisin Éclair, where tradition meets trends, come to demystify the Choux paste, we will make it easy for you to understand, apply and replicate later.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
