Our Thai Cuisine Chef shares her ‘Pad Gra-praw Hed; Stir-fried mushrooms with chilies & hot basil’ recipes using Porcini and Black trumpet mushrooms, as well as mixed local Thai mushrooms to create this French-Thai fusion Quiche. Participants will learn traditional techniques to make French quiche dough and local Thai mushrooms Gra-praw filling. Quiche is an easy-to-prepare way to enjoy any meal of the day. It’s just as delicious hot or cold. It is a perfect meal for your brunches, lunches or even as a quick snack.
