You'll master the art of preparing a pistachio Genoise sponge, a luxurious Mousseline Cream, and a flavorful syrup. Furthermore, you'll unleash your creativity by designing and decorating these delectable cakes with the delightful combination of pistachio and strawberry. As part of your learning journey, you'll gain the expertise to create a strawberry mold on the cake's edge, adding a unique touch to your creations.
