This one day workshop will teach participants the best methods for making ice-creams. If you are looking for an intensive ice-cream making course, this is a hands-on workshop teaching you how to make smooth, cream-based ice-creams and sorbets. Remark: Ice-cream can be maintained for 3-hour  long in a box with dry ice.
