To mark World Champagne Day, a remarkable dinner is being held as part of a special event celebrating an exceptional encounter between French haute cuisine and the finest Champagnes. For this occasion, Chef Éric Briffard has created a menu of the utmost precision, enhanced by the iconic cuvées of Maison Taittinger. A rare experience, conceived as a dialogue between food and wine, where each pairing reveals a new facet of the house’s Champagnes.
Over the course of two hours, the food and wine pairings will be enhanced by the combination of a gourmet dinner created by Chef Éric Briffard, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and a meticulous selection of champagnes from Maison Taittinger. Each dish, crafted with remarkable precision and creativity, will be paired with a champagne selected to bring out its flavours.

For this exceptional dinner, his expertise meets that of the prestigious Taittinger House, one of the last great family-owned houses in Champagne. Renowned for the finesse of its wines and the prominent role given to Chardonnay in its blends, Taittinger has always produced cuvées characterised by freshness, precision and elegance.
