Cheese adds a richness and excitement to any recipe. Learn about the delicate balance of flavours and the techniques of using cheeses in your cooking.

Note: Due to course content, facility limitations, and student ability, it may not be possible for students to recreate all of the recipes during the practical session.

Workshop:

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as one of our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs shares their special tips and techniques when it comes to cooking with cheese.
Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.

Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!
