Christmas Dinner Masterclass

During this creative and entertaining masterclass, the Le Cordon Bleu Team of Master Chefs along with our Mixologist will demonstrate and guide you through a 3 course Christmas meal with matching wines and cocktail.

Date: Friday 8th December 2023

Time: 6 pm – 9 pm

Location: Level 1, 52 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington

Course Details: During the masterclass, you will learn, taste and see how to recreate the following dishes:

Starter: Chicken Boudin | truffles, pistachio, with port and bay leaf sauce.

Main: Loin of Venison | wrapped in pancetta with a Mushroom and chestnut pithivier, celeriac puree, kale and parsnip crisps, and a fresh cherry, cocoa, and sloe gin juice.

Dessert: Raspberry Yule Log | genoise, raspberry insert, raspberry diplomate, milk chocolate, and rice crispy base.

This course includes tastings of all food and beverages demonstrated. Take home all recipes to create everything at home.
