The Taste of Italy Pasta Making Short Course will teach you a number of cuisine skills, pasta doughs and a range of Italian pasta dishes. Starting in our demonstration theatre and ending in the practical cuisine kitchen where you will replicate the dishes.

Time: 9am – 4.30pm (time may vary depending on class size)

Level 2, 52 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington

Course Includes: All ingredients, all cooking equipment and teaching resources needed in our practical kitchens for your use. Recipe book and tastings in the demonstration theatre.

Course Details: What pasta you will learn to make:

  • Pumpkin and chestnut ravioli with an amaretto beurre noisette
  • Lamb ragout with Pappardelle pasta (Demonstration only)
  • Spinach gnocchi goat’s curd and virgin dressing
  • Veal and sage tortellini with truffle cream sauce
