Course Details: During the masterclass, you will learn and see the following:
- How the “discovery of the” Americas changed the culinary world
- Mexican cookery techniques, flavour profiles of a range of chillies; with a tasting of 4 dishes
- An insight into Tequila; with a tasting of Blanco, 2 Reposados, Anejo and Tequila liqueur
