Mexican Masterclass

During this fun and creative masterclass, Anita Sarginson, Le Cordon Bleu master cuisine chef will demonstrate and guide you through an introductory class on Mexican food, Tequila, and Chilli.

Date: Friday 15th October 2021

Time: 6pm – 9.00 pm (Tequila and Tastings are included)

Location: Level 2, 52 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington

Course Details: During the masterclass, you will learn and see the following:
  • How the “discovery of the” Americas changed the culinary world
  • Mexican cookery techniques, flavour profiles of a range of chillies; with a tasting of 4 dishes
  • An insight into Tequila; with a tasting of Blanco, 2 Reposados, Anejo and Tequila liqueur
Course Includes: Tasting of 5 Premium Tequilas, Tasting of 4 Mexican dishes, Explanation of Mexican ingredients, tequila and cookery techniques, and recipes.

Age: Guests must be over the age of 18 and able to produce ID
