Course Includes: All ingredients, tea towels will be provided. All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchens for your use.

Course Details: Let's get festive! Held over two days; our Holiday Baking workshop will cover a number of classic baked goods from all over Europe! Under the guidance of our Chef de Pâtisserie Michel, you will learn to make a number of traditional recipes to impress and intrigue your family and friends including:

  • Panettone
  • Stollen
  • Panforte
  • La couronne des rois Camarguaise
  • Biscuit Viennois
