Course Details: Let's get festive! Held over two days; our Holiday Baking workshop will cover a number of classic baked goods from all over Europe! Under the guidance of our Chef de Pâtisserie Michel, you will learn to make a number of traditional recipes to impress and intrigue your family and friends including:
- La couronne des rois Camarguaise
- Buiscuit Viennois
