Participants will learn about the different cuts and the best temperatures for cooking of lamb. Our chef has selected the best of milk fed Pyrenean lamb, a seasonal produced and limited. He will give you 2 kg. of lamb for each participant including tips on how to prepare lamb for authentic French dishes, techniques to prepare sauce and potato gratin (gratin dauphinois). You will end your day enjoying the food you have prepared with wines.
