Step by step Thai curry paste

Seafood is the most people's favorite dish. In this workshop, you will have a chance to learn how to prepare seafood ingredients and turn them into the amazing dishes - Deep Fry Prawn with Tamarine Sauce, Stir Fry Squid with Salted Eggyolk Sauce and Stir Fry Crab with Curry Powder Sauce. Thoughout the workshop, the Chef and Chef Assistants will work and guide you closely to ensure that you can understand and create the menus by yourself at home.

  • Khua curry paste / Spicy red curry paste
  • Thai fish cake
  • Spicy red curry with roasted duck

    - No prior knowledge is required for this course and is suitable for novices, cooks with some experience, dedicated amateur cooks and those seeking to further their culinary skills. All of the food created during the session are yours to take home with you.
