Special Demonstration - Exotic GELATO



A demonstration on the preparation of first class Artisan Gelatos and Sorbets, for the first time in Bangkok at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.

Chef Stefano Tarquinio, senior instructor of the prestigious Carpigiani Gelato University, will teach how to transform luxurious Italian desserts (eg. 'TIRAMISU') in gelato and how to realize indulgent flavors by infusing oriental teas and thai spices.

The demonstration will include an introduction to the Gelato History, Theory and Techniques, a clear explanation of the differences between gelato and ice cream and tasteful tastings.
