This is one of our new workshops “Coconut-Strawberry Tart” which provides modern style and perfect combination of Pistachio almond cream, strawberry coulis, coconut mousse and fresh strawberry for decoration. Chef Frederic will take all participants step-by-step through the process of preparing tart dough, how to use French techniques making each layer and modern finishing decoration. A certificate conferment will be done at the end of the workshop.
Language Conducted: English with Thai translation
Applicants have to be 17 years old or above
It is NOT advisable for pregnant women to participate in cooking workshops.
If your first language is not English, it is essential that you CAN communicate effectively in English and you must therefore be able to read handouts, understand demonstrations and take part in classroom instructions.
