Learn the fine art of cake decoration from some of the best pastry chefs in the world. Over four days, learn the preparation, decoration and assembly of beautiful wedding cakes with the guidance of our pastry chefs.

Hours: March 21-24 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Demo: Observe, make notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs prepares each recipe and shares special tips and techniques of preparation.
Practical: Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
