Canada Ontario Job Grant (COJG) provides opportunities for employers to invest in their workforce, with help from the government. Employers can get up to $10,000 - $15,000 in government support per person for training costs.
Key Highlights:

For large employers, Government covers 1/2 of direct training costs, upto $10,000 per trainee.
Small employers (fewer than 100 employees) may be eligible for 100% funding and up to $15,000 per trainee.
Additional flexibility for small employers to contribute 1/6 of eligible training costs.
Allowance to support travel costs up to $500 per trainee as per the employer's travel costs policy.
