At a loss when a recipe tells you to "turn a mushroom", or "julienne a carrot"?  Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa's chefs are here to help.

In this hands-on interactive 4-hour workshop you will learn equipment and sharpening presentation, butchering, fish fileting and vegetables knife skills with our Cuisine Instructor and Executive Chef  of Signatures Restaurant,  Chef Yannick Anton.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

NOTE: Price includes paper chef hat, apron, branded towel and take away container.

All payment must be completed before the registration closing date.

Wearing mask is not mandatory at the campus; however, we request participants to keep their masks on for personal safety and well being.
