Learn to make savory & sweet crepes with our Le Cordon Bleu Chefs!

First you will learn to master this very thin pastry, known as crêpes. Then you will create savory (galettes) fillings that can be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will also learn how to make dessert crêpes.


Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special savory crêpes recipes with their master techniques in our professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.

Pro Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
