Watch demonstration as pastry chef makes a savory Chocolate Choux Chantilly delight with modern choux bun with craquelin on top and creamy chocolate chantilly, with chocolat cremeux inside.
NOTE: This short course contains a demonstration and tasting only, no practical workshop. Price includes paper chef hat, apron, branded towel and take away container.
