France has a reputation as the destination for excellent cuisine for a reason! 

French cooking has evolved over the long history of the country with each region having its own distinct foods and unique ingredients. There are twelve major regions of France when it comes to cuisine and each day of the course you will cover three. You will learn classic techniques and recipes by our Le Cordon Bleu Chefs and then you will prepare each recipe in the practical kitchen. Bon Appétit!

This short course is an in introductory into classic French cuisine. The program opens the door to the adventures of French cuisine. From day one, students begin to learn the basics: knife skills, peeling and preparing vegetables, filleting and integrating sauces, stocks and spices into dishes.

Workshop:

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs take you on a culinary journey through France, sharing their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.

Pro Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
