It’s Seafood Saturday at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa!
Learn the techniques for cleaning, preparing and cooking shellfish. Shellfish are more commonly known as mollusks, which are clams, mussels, oysters and scallops. Once you’ve learned how to cook your first batch of shellfish, you will see just how easy it is to enjoy these delectable mollusks in your own kitchen. In this course, you will be preparing gourmet shellfish-infused dishes with our cuisine Chef experts.
Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!
