The Flavours of Brittany

Experience the culinary wonders of Brittany cuisine!

The northwestern region of Brittany which extends out toward the Atlantic Ocean, is known for its fresh fish and seafood. Like most French regions, Brittany has a gourmet tradition known as the ‘fruits de mer’, fruits of the sea. In this class, you will learn how to make Cotriade - a fish-like stew specialty from Brittany that is made with various kinds of fish, as well as potatoes.

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipes from Brittany with their master techniques in our professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.

Pro Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
