This 4-day bread making course will help you to expand your baking techniques and knowledge. Focused on French bread making, you will learn how to master the art of creating authentic handmade breads and doughs. The fundamentals of Boulangerie are covered in this unique and specialized short course. The short course was designed specifically for those wishing to pursue excellence in the craft of bread making.

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs take you on a bread making journey, sharing their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.

Pro Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!
