              Learn both classic and modern approaches to creating the perfect blend of flavors for your pasta sauce!

              Explore pasta sauce techniques from your favorite Le Cordon Bleu Chefs, they will help you add variety to your culinary repertoire and develop your own signature flavors.

              The right sauce brings different elements of flavor to a dish together.


              Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special sauce recipe with their master techniques.
              Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
