Le Petit Cordon Bleu - Pastry

Created especially for young Le Cordon Bleu aspiring pastry Chefs!

During the 2.5-hour workshop, students and parents will be able to share a unique culinary moment together in our state of the art pastry kitchen. Observe, take notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs shares their special tips and techniques when it comes to preparing Chocolate Cake and Madeleines (French Butter Cakes).

Follow the chef into one of our professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance.

The workshop aims at encouraging children to develop their creativity and taste in pastry. Students must be at least 8 years old. Cost includes 2 seats for an adult and child; please select only one seat upon checkout.

Pro Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!
