Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

In this hands-on interactive 4-hour workshop you will learn from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chefs the best techniques and secrets of sourdough breadmaking.
During the workshop, you will learn how to make rustic sourdough bread, traditional baguette and cereal bread.
