In this hands-on, interactive 4-hour workshop, you will learn from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chefs the best techniques and secrets of sourdough breadmaking.
During the workshop, you will learn the following products:
- Flaxseed Baguette (Poolish Starter): A wholesome and nutty baguette enriched with flaxseeds, crafted using a poolish fermentation method for enhanced flavor and texture.
- Rosemary Focaccia on Sour Dough
- Rustic Bread Levain
