Paris Brest – A praline cream–filled choux pastry ring, rich and nutty with a delicate crunch.
Chouquettes –
Airy choux puffs topped with pearl sugar, light and perfectly crisp.
Gougères –
Savoury cheese choux, golden and airy with a subtle, melted richness.

This light, fluffy and creamy sweet treats are a delicate delight for everyone!
