Learn how to prepare a Choux pastry, craquelin, chocolate cremeaux and chocolate chantilly.

This light, fluffy and creamy sweet treats are a delicate delight for everyone!


Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

All payment must be completed before the registration closing date. Please bring your registration confirmation e-mail with you to the short course.

Wearing mask is not mandatory at the campus; however, we request participants to keep their masks on for personal safety and well being.
